Your customers' data

When you store details about your own customers in Helper Harry, you decide what is stored and why, and we process it on your behalf and only to provide the service to you.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data. We use these service providers to run Helper Harry, each only for the purpose listed:

Some of these providers are based outside the European Economic Area. Where that is the case, transfers are protected by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

How long we keep it

We keep your account and files for as long as your account is open. If you close your account, we delete your data within 90 days, except records we must keep by law, such as invoices, which are kept for the period the law requires.

Your rights

You can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, send it to another service, or stop using it for a purpose, and you can withdraw consent at any time. Email harry@helperharry.com. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie.

Cookies

This website does not use tracking cookies. The app stores only what it needs to keep you signed in and remember your settings in your browser.

Security

Connections are encrypted, passwords are stored as hashes, payment and email credentials are encrypted at rest, and access to your organisation's data is limited to its members.

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will update the date above and tell account holders by email.
